Powers

Half Mantikai Physiology: Zephel's cellular structure is much more dense than a regular human body, making it much more durable. The physical limits of the Mantikai's structure is similar to that of the Atlanteans.

Mantikai Wings: Zephel can summon a pair of wings that lay dormant in the tattoos in his back. The wings themselves being that of the Mantikai are near indestructible, and with them alone allow Zephel to fly at speeds as high as Mach 1.
Mantikai Eyes: The eyes of the Mantikai are far superior to the human eye. Zephel's eyes allow him to see a full 360 degrees at once, or focus on a single area, they also have a far greater distance range than that of a human, but its full extent has not been tested.
Enhanced Thought Process: Zephel's thought process is heightened greatly because of his Mantikai physiology, allowing him to perceive objects moving at high speeds. Zephel's eyes are even been able to follow The Flash.

Abilities

Experienced Leader: Zephel was born into royalty as the King of the Onari Empire's son in his first life, and arose to power in his later years, and due to the infinate youth granted to him by the Lightbrand he has led his kingdom for lifetimes over.

Master Tactician: After Zephel became king, he studied advanced tactics and hyperabsorbed the information using his enhanced thought process.

Master Swordsman: Zephel has been trained in swordsmanship for almost as long as hes known how to walk.

Zephel can lift around 5 tons due to his half Mantikai Physiology.

Weapons: The Lightbrand: Acting as the conduit of Zephel's magical strength, the Lightbrand is the is said to be half of a single blade, the other half being The Lightbrand, making its almost its mirror.

White Lightning Strike: Zephel's signature ability. The sword can generate an unlimited amount of raw magical energy that takes the form of blinding white lightning.
Static Field Barrier: Normally used as a defensive tactic, Zephel can create magical barriers at almost any size that are near indestructible. He can also create a flexible static aura around his body, though overuse of that takes a toll on his body.
Light Force Travel: Zephel can tap into the deepest energy of his sword and rewrite his physical genetic code to convert his body into into living lightning, allowing him to easily travel at the speed of light.
Electromagnetic Force Manipulation: The Lightbrand can act as a magnetic conduit to any inorganic substance, like rocks, wood and even clothing. Zephel controls the sword to either pull or push the object. The sword can also conduct, then absorb all types of energy.
Light Of The Divine Thunder: Using the collective energy absorbed within the Lightbrand as a power-source, Zephel can unleash massive bursts of magical white energy at a radius as large as a football field.
Reincarnation: The Lightbrand and Zephel are completely bonded through the soul, making it so his soul is forever tied to the sword until it chooses another host. Upon death, Zephel will be reincarnated into the body of a new born infant the moment of his death. The infant to be born is already chosen by by a mystical force.
Immortality: Once the current incarnation comes in contact with the sword, the aging process stops, and is gifted infinite youth. Zephel also has no physical need for substance of any kind, though it may be processed if desired. Zephel can be slain in battle.
